Agreement

By using Bonjor Outlet services or by providing personal information to us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

We require orders to be fully paid before processing and dispatching the products.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Free for deliveries within Singapore and Malaysia, and at a flat rate of SGD $30 – $90 for the rest of the world. We use Ninja Van or SF Express for within Singapore and Malaysia, and FedEx for deliveries to all other countries. Both of these courier service provide parcel tracking capability. You can check your delivery’s tracking number at your order history page. To view this, first log in, then go to the My Accounts page and click on an order number to view its tracking number.

Defects

If you received a defective product, please email us at admin@bonjoroutlet.sg within 7 days from receipt of product. Kindly provide your order number and a picture of the defect and we will assess the degree of the problem and provide a full refund in valid cases. Refunds would be made via credit card that was used to make the purchase. In certain cases, we may require you to mail the defective product back to us and postage has to be borne by you.

Exchange

If you have a need to exchange your received product, please email us at admin@bonjoroutlet.sg within 7 days from receipt of product. Kindly provide your order number and the product that you want to exchange for. We will assess the validity of the request. Acceptance to exchange depends on item availability. In the event that exchange is accepted, we will require you to mail the product back to us. Postage will be borne by you and there will be an administrative fee of $4.50 for the exchange. We regret that we cannot entertain exchanges for a lower valued product nor do we accept exchanges for products delivered outside of Singapore and Malaysia.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only available for orders that are not packed. We will not able to accommodate any cancellation or change request after the order is packed. The initial shipping fee that you paid will not be refunded after the order has been packed.

Return & Refund

Any return cases for whatever reason outside of Singapore and Malaysia, the return shipping fee will be borne by you. The refund for the product will be processed accordingly after the returned products are checked and approved. The refund amount is based on the product purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
