We use Ninja Van or SF Express for postage within Singapore. We use of FedEx for remaining worldwide deliveries.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For deliveries within Singapore and Malaysia, typically you can expect to receive your package within 3 – 7 working days. For deliveries outside of these countries, it may take about 2 – 4 weeks time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We do ship internationally. Shipping outside of Singapore and Malaysia will be charged at a flat fee of S$30 – S$90 per order.

When your packages are shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking code along with instructions to check your packages’ shipping status.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please inform us through email at admin@bonjoroutlet.sg. Cancellation is only available for orders that are not packed. We will not able to accommodate any cancellation or change request after the order is packed.

How Can I Return a Product?

We allow refunds for a period of 14 days from shipping date should it be a genuine case of faulty product. Kindly arrange with us over email at admin@bonjoroutlet.sg. We will refund the payment of the product back to your credit card upon receipt of the returned product.
